Full day rental hours are 10am-11pm. 

Half day rental hours are either 10am-4pm or 5pm-11pm. 

Reserved time slots should account for set-up and take-down times. 

The approximate capacity is about 80 (seated dinner) and 160 standing (open house) 

Yes, we allow any vendors of your choice, including food trucks. 

We can also provide you with a list of trusted vendors or help guide you in finding your own.

Yes, there is a parking lot on the west side of our building. 

Additionally, street parking is available on 400 S, 500 S and 100 W.

Yes, alcohol is allowed. 

We do have a $150 alcohol fee and you must have a licensed bartender for public events.
